Dr. Yoho is so generous and wise…here’s one of his amazing substacks - this one is on CDS - something I have in my supp arsenal - I haven’t tried it yet, but getting close to doing so. I’m very cautious with it all…
Actually, I’m insane from it all - I buy stuff I think can help and I rarely take any of it anymore, seeing that just about everything we use to detox is contaminated…So, until I’ve looked into something - over and over again…and think I might need something specific for whatever symptom that might pop up - I’m painfully hesitant.
However, there is some stunning info in this stack…and Surviving Healthcare is a great follow…

Got my component materials via Amazon quite a few months ago. Like you, I haven't started yet. Will probably start sometime in January. I'll post a comment on one of your drops when I start...feel encouraged to do the same if you start before I do.
