Some say not to overuse RL - that too much is not good…but we still don’t know if there is a strict law of diminishing returns, but Jack’s friend used it four times a day and the healing was amazing…
No one has sufficiently nailed down any exact protocols as to time and intensity/nm…so once again, we’re experimenting with it…and documenting what we can…but I always like anecdotal accounts…
They say it is best to use in the AM hours, but, the jury is still out on so much around this therapy - this is a relatively new…and thankfully, not yet regulated…
I was getting the eye injections every month for a year in my left eye…but when I saw the nano tech in the vaxxes, I assumed they were in all the med fluids too, which proved to be the case, so as the Cov hoax hit, I stopped with the eye injections and I was becoming nearly blind in my left eye. But there had to be another way, so I searched, like a one-eyed Cyclops and found RL for the eyes…I had been using red light, but never considered it for my eyes…
It’s been about four or five months with the red light on my eyes, and my mac degen has improved a whole lot, I do it three times a week in the AM for 3 minutes, but, I am going to up my sessions…do it a few more times during the day…just to see if I can expedite my progress and cure it completely…

Vitamin C to the Rescue

Red Light Therapy proponents often recommend “not too much, not too little”. Sooner or later, I’m planning to write a technical article about red light therapy, but related to this I want to discuss what nutrients might enable you to gain more benefit from more red light therapy.
Vitamin C has been a miracle nutrient for so long that it’s generally overlooked as “ho hum, old news” in the world of nutrition.
Long ago, scientists realized that hormones transfer electrons and looked into using Vitamin C to donate electrons to regenerate the hormones: progesterone, testosterone and estrone. This was stimulated with light at a wavelength of 250 nm.
Various different frequencies (244 nm and 180 nm) of light were used to degrade the hormones.
They found that vitamin C (combined with light – 250 nm) could regenerate 59% of testosterone, 91% of estrone and 53% of progesterone.
Scientists would be horrified by my jump from this information to the idea that vitamin C might enable red light therapy to be used at higher doses for more benefit, but I lack the funding to be able to conduct such an experiment.
You might think “My hormones are fine, why do I care?”. Keep in mind that degraded forms of hormones are associated with increased rates of cancer.

Love that you're into this research Pasheen, and for the interview - I will definitely give it a listen! To play devil's advocate (once again) I will say that LEDs have a different quality as they emit from a flat surface, whereas other forms of red light that are emitted from incandescent bulbs offer a radiative aspect unparalled by LED.

Say, do you keep your eyes open or is the light working through closed eyelids? I am asking because the device I use is really bright and even with eyes lightly shut it's intense. Thanks for the post!
