This is awesome!  I worked with Patty McCormack.  We did a movie together - Saturday the 14th Strikes Back."  It was a insane spoof on Saturday the 14th - a  Roger Corman film.  I was thrilled knowing that she was doing the film, having loved her in the "Bad Seed."  Such a classic. Some big name actors too, in the 14th.  I played a vampire and had a awesome song to sing in the movie and a few others songs in the soundtrack.  I found it online. (below)

Patty and I hit it off big time.  We always sought each other out for some snarky laughs. I had bought a bottle of wine on my way to the studio one day - left it in the car as I was planning to take it home and kill it.  After shooting that day, Patty and I were hanging around after we wrapped - she's as crazy as I am... such fun...she is a wild one and hysterically funny...and she would always connect with me and we would have some laughs at the end of the day, and I asked her if she wanted to share a bottle of wine, right there in the parking lot!  She was totally game...we were insanely loving the experience - and the next day after we wrapped, she grabbed me in the parking lot as we were leaving and said "come with me, I have something for you."  She pulled out a bottle of wine from HER car and we proceeded to polish it off and continue the hilarity!!!  She is such a fantastic lady.

Another brush with greatness…I’ve got a bunch of them…I used to be a bonified Diva…the underground Queen of Hollywood…now I clean lots of cat boxes - face off with injured pissed-off hissing and growling ferals that want to rip me to shreds, and I somehow find time to rant on substack and try to save the world and detox from nanos and hydrogel…good grief…my diva status has been devastated…

but…

it is so campy...I shared it with my activist email group, we needed a break from the extinction event and someone sent this episode as an escape - I mentioned my brush with Patty, and they suggested I stack it, so, I thought I would share with my awesome scribes…

I loved these old series...Twilight Zone and Outer Limits too...they were read in on so much of what was going on and what was coming…

There's an episode from one of these series that haunts me - don't know which series it was, nor which show, but it was about a couple that got stranded on an island after a shipwreck.  There was a black gooey, growing/spreading substance that started to infect and grow and spread on one of them, so they decided that they couldn't touch one another...no kisses no embraces...then one day the other person saw that they had been infected/affected too and they finally embraced.   I think the black goo and graphene triggered my memory of that episode.  Predictive? I think so.

Anyway, thanks for being here...things have been crazy and intense here at the Cat Colony, and this is such a great escape - reminding me of simpler and outrageously fun times...enjoy…
