So I counted the circles on the plate: 3 in the middle, then 9, and the sum of the digits of 15 on the outside is 6. Here is the recipe:
Cardamom 5 g
Bay leaves 5g
Cinnamon 5g
Cloves 5g
Fennel seeds 10g
Peppercorns 15g
Licorice root 25g
Dried dates 25g
Raisins 25g
Honey 1 tablespoon
Finely grind and sieve all ingredients except dates and raisins. Mash dates and raisins and mix with honey and the spice powder to make a paste. You can either store the paste in a screw jar or form pastilles (Chickpea size) with two small spoons, dry on a plate and store in a screw jar.
Get well Pasheen! I've been suffering with some crud too for the past 3 days. I had no Vit C on hand, but threw every other immune booster at it I could. The things that really helped, I believe...I always drink Celtic salt in my water for hydration, and I started dissolving some on my tongue before I drank to make sure the water gets into my cells, and adding extra...we are salt water. Also red light therapy over my sinuses, head and eyes...then I saw a stack by Kate Shimirani about how the spine and nervous system connect to all organs and tissues...C1-C3 was exactly where my neck was hurting...eyes, ears, neck, head, throat...so I put the red light therapy there and I felt much better after the first treatment last night. Today my sinuses started to drain and I believe now, I will survive! I'm much better tonight. Praying for your quick recovery. We need you on this battlefield, Diva!
I drink filtered water with squeezed lemon wedge and Milk Thistle is great for the liver. For metals Kelp tablets. It's supposed to also help thyroid. Swanson has good prices, maybe better than Walmart and all their house brand Spring Valley supplements are mostly made in China.
