The oiling softens the skin, the salt ( 20 kg bag of pool salt ) gets in and helps push it out and the scraping ( I use a butter knife slightly sharpened ) that just coaxs it out. You are also able to remove some of the polymer which seems to tack to the oil. At one stage I was oiling six times a day and bathing three times. That's when I had a big release on my thighs. Very sharp sore exit points that took forever to heal. But over all we are toast as you mentioned. I am at the point where the polymer is peeling off my head daily. Mainly behind my ears. I can pull pieces off the size of fingernail. Not good, not good at all.

I got my Lithium Orotate, Bromelain, & Nattokinase for detox because I was having many of the side effects the health channel I supplied earlier said came along with this shedding. The Lithium Orotate is not recommended for those who take any type of psychiatric medications but it does reach the brain and the combination is to combat spike proteins. I had purchased a self heating pad on ebay that uses magnets and no power whatsoever and it does really get pretty hot as in leaving red marks on the skin so I can see how this would work.
