Infrared comes from the sun for two hours after sunrise.

That's when I sit out and from time to time look at the sun and expose my body.

Hmmm...so the blue light is what they use on us - perhaps the red light counters or interferes with this?

On the topic of fluoroquinolones... bad, bad stuff. I had a generic form prescribed to me back in 2019 for an infection, The pharmacist said, "are you aware of the potential side-effects?" I was like, ok, yeah, I'll check into it. I ended up taking one pill and then started looking it up. I nearly fell over reading the stories of runners with blown out tendons, crazy side effects, DEATH, etc. I immediately tossed the pill bottle in the trash; probably should have burned it.

It was too late and just that one pill caused me to have what I call, "phantom pains" for years and years. It would just be random soreness in a leg or arm muscle when I hadn't lifted weights or done any strenuous work to cause it. Then it would just go away on it's own. It's calmed down over time, but never know when it might show up again.

Bravo. Had my Prostate Cancer consultation today. Not spread so good news. Pushback against my FenBen, IVM and supplements wishes. No to slash and burn, just PSA tests offered

Europe abandoned PSA tests.

We all have cancer somewhere and dont die from it

Avoid oncology visits.

It they look for something. They will find it. Fear is a disease.

How funny that we both published about it today! I'll link yours to mine also! I can never thank you enough for this. I've had prism issues for several years so this is a miracle! ❤️💕💋

I had the draft for a week...just couldn't carve out the time to finish it - and I saw yours and knew I had to get my act together...LOL I needed the push...I thought it would be good for us to team up on this - and to share our victories would be a great testament - and reach as many of our frenz as we could. It is such a find...so happy for all of us to know about this!!! It truly is a miracle. I swear is has a calming vibe too! And I think it is great for re-energizing our bodies...I definitely have more energy...! Something for that long covid? Which is frequency onslaught...but perhaps it is countering the frequency drain a bit too? Whatever is happening - it seems to be helping! That's all we need to know right now - until we learn more?

the bottom line is - I feel better!!!

I was considering Red Light Therapy for its health benefits, many have spoken highly about it, but I was skeptical until I read your personal experience. During my recent annual wellness visit, my doctor of 20 years recommended vaccines, excluding Covid, but I refused anything with needles. He joked about not being able to sell me anything. Back in 2014 he said my Cholesterol was high and suggested I take Lovaza a pharma Omega 3. That was like $400 per month and after 5 months I exhausted my pharmacy benefits and stopped it. I had to switch to another drug treatment for another condition because of this Lovaza for a lower cost prescription which caused permanent Tardive Dyskinesia, this is a neurological condition after just a few months on the new drug. It's like Parkinsons with repetitive uncontrollable movements. This comment on selling me something has me sort of livid to the point of wanting to find another doctor. They are all the same though in the scheme of things. I was in the test study for Ingrezza a $10k a month drug to treat the condition but it didn't work. The Rockefeller family got rich in petroleum and highjacked the medical and agriculture industry to include these chemicals in products and now this same family's foundation says we are the cause of climate change. Ugh!

Great info! I’ve been following Dr Jack Kruse, he’s a huge advocate of getting sunrise/ sunset exposure to the skin & naked eye for infrared rays..the goal is decentralization of allopathic (toxic) medicine. We can heal our own bodies & hit em where it hurts 💵 🙌🏼

I can't wait to get a red light belt! My stationary red light is impossible to configure in any way that actually allows me to aim it at my face or any body part! The stand is shaped like a Z and you cannot move it around to get the light to shine on your body! My eyes need help, and getting rid of aging skin sounds really amazing! Thanks to you and Heather B for this great info!

Infrared Saunas also are very healing and a lot have all the colors on rotation. Especially beneficial if you find one with salt air spray as well. ❤️

the glasses are somewhat new on the market, but you don't need the glasses per se...you can use the light itself, almost any red light - you just need to get the correct wavelength, duration, distance etc., essentially the protocol...

i have a small red light unit; it's not convenient to set up and aim anywhere, but i should give it another try on a couple of my parts...

Just checking exactly what you have found so helpful - is it the product from eye-power.co.uk - or the belt? is it the exact belt below? (different brands in Canada, but would order whichever is working for you)

I'm using the belt, which you can also use for the eyes too...only $39 on Amazon

I got the glasses for my mother in law who is 95 - to make it very easy for her to use...

glasses come from the UK and they are around $100.

but the belt you can use on your back, knees - everywhere...very versatile and affordable...

huh wow. I have a old red light bulb is this the same? It's not a Christmas light it's like for photo rooms to develop film I think it was giving to me years ago...

I still have it and it works last I knew.

Would this help someone with Catracks that's like developed to the point of almost blind? My mom has them and hasn't ever tried to correct it for more than 30 years or more now.

IF so I might try to find it and see if she wont use it in her room...

Yeah would be cool if it did. Dr Ana swears by her blue light stuff so???
