I'll have to watch the vid a few more times, and then a few times more. I wonder what that organic spice is that she uses? And obviously plastic lids will not do.

The food looked delicious! But, Of course, I'm always hungry...LOL It will take some planning for me - and I'm assuming I can switch out asparagus for the beans - maybe just do three at a time - with a break in between? Otherwise I'll be overwhelmed. Since I don't cook - it will be a bit of a challenge, but I have successfully followed a few recipes and this is so worth doing, IMO.

I’ve been wanting to start canning as well. I need a Canning for Dummies kind of thing to get me started because there is so much info out there and I really don’t know where to begin. Thank you for posting this.
