This is sooooo amazing...!!!! Many thanks to our awesome Valkrie, for posting and linking. Just fantastic!! I always wondered why I had cleaned and hoarded so many of my glass containers. I’ve always thought that canning was amazing, but have been hesitant and too intimidated to try it, feeling sure that I would poison us all. I was going to use them for my painting, I’ve used a few, but who has time to be creative these days. Our local farmers are just about to open up again and sell their vegetables…perfect timing!!!

I'll have to watch the vid a few more times, and then a few times more. I wonder what that organic spice is that she uses? And obviously plastic lids will not do.
The food looked delicious! But, Of course, I'm always hungry...LOL It will take some planning for me - and I'm assuming I can switch out asparagus for the beans - maybe just do three at a time - with a break in between? Otherwise I'll be overwhelmed. Since I don't cook - it will be a bit of a challenge, but I have successfully followed a few recipes and this is so worth doing, IMO.
