All we got to do is get back to some basics and things will improve. Get some sun people. It is free! You do not need to go to a doctor to get a prescription. #thinkforyourself
YW...I try to get out there first thing...and again, congrats on your new gig... and you sounds amazing - and the Southwest will be even more awesome when you two get there!!
I use supplemental Astaxanthin and increase dietary Omega 3 oils and never use topical sunscreen and I don't burn even in Hawaiian sunshine if limited to a 30 min direct exposure to begin with to get the suntan levels up so that I can stay out in the sun for a few hours by the end of the week. Those lipids seems to be great for your eye health also as a diet high in Omega 6 oils appear to cause damage to the cells and the eyes. Have you ever tried these dietary changes? https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC6073124/

Thanks for sharing the visuals Pasheen. The longer wavelengths are also why I love the sunrise, more infrared/ red present.

Without sunscreen!!! Most manufactured sunscreens are the cause of skin cancer.
Love my sunglasses, but a little direct hit of sun on them is very healing. ❤️💕
I love them too...can't part with any of them...
and yes, it is very healing!💋💞😎
Amazingly, semi chem-free today...heading out to my purple chaise!
